Parking lot striping that's dry before you open.

Striping is a schedule job. The lot has to be open Monday morning, the fire lane has to pass inspection, and the ADA stalls have to be right the first time. Melada stripes and re-stripes parking lots across Dallas–Fort Worth — retail, office, warehouse, and church lots — working nights and weekends so you never close. Our own crew, one point of contact, certificate of insurance on request.

Scope

What we stripe

  • New parking-lot striping and layout
  • Re-striping over faded or worn lines
  • ADA accessible stall layout, access aisles, and symbols
  • Fire-lane marking and red curb painting
  • Directional arrows, stop bars, and crosswalks
  • Numbered and reserved stall marking
  • Loading zones, no-parking zones, and hatching
  • Wheel-stop and bollard painting

For property managers and business owners. We quote from a site walk or from your existing lot plan. If the lot has to stay open, we stripe it in sections at night or over a weekend and hand it back ready to use. If you also need the building repainted, the same company can do both on one contract instead of coordinating two trades.

Re-striping an existing lot. Most lots we're called on already have faded lines. We lay out from what's there, correct anything that no longer meets current accessible-stall requirements, and get the fire lane marked clearly so it reads on an inspection walk.

Where we work. Anywhere in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex — Dallas, Ellis, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton counties — out of Ferris, TX. Free walk-through, then a written scope, price, and timeline before anything starts.
