For property managers and business owners. We quote from a site walk or from your existing lot plan. If the lot has to stay open, we stripe it in sections at night or over a weekend and hand it back ready to use. If you also need the building repainted, the same company can do both on one contract instead of coordinating two trades.
Re-striping an existing lot. Most lots we're called on already have faded lines. We lay out from what's there, correct anything that no longer meets current accessible-stall requirements, and get the fire lane marked clearly so it reads on an inspection walk.
Where we work. The crews are based in Ferris and serve Ellis County, Waxahachie, Ennis, Midlothian, Red Oak, Lancaster, DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Palmer, and Ovilla, along with south Dallas. Free walk-through, then a written scope, price, and timeline before anything starts.
