The building and the lot, on one contract

We repaint commercial exteriors and interiors — retail, office, warehouse, and light industrial — and stripe the lots that go with them: stall layout, ADA-accessible stalls and access aisles, fire-lane marking and red curbs, directional arrows, and crosswalks. Most striping calls are re-stripes: we work from the faded layout that's already there and bring the stalls and fire lanes back up to what an inspection expects to see. When the building needs paint, the lot usually needs lines; hiring one company for both means one schedule and one person answering for the whole job.
