An addition is judged by its seams: where new framing meets the old structure, and where the trim either matches or doesn't. Our crews frame the added square footage, tie the new roof into the existing one, and carry the finish work themselves — casing, crown, wainscoting, flooring, and paint — so the line between old and new disappears.
Roof repair and replacement, documented first

When a storm comes through, we start with a free inspection: we get on the roof, photograph what we find so you have a clear record of its condition, and hand you a written repair scope and estimate. Repair or full replacement, our own crews do the work — and if the damage runs past the shingles into decking or framing, the same company handles the structural repair.
