This policy explains how Melada Construction LLC ("Melada Construction", "we", "us") handles information you send us through meladaconstruction.com. Melada Construction LLC is a family owned contractor based in Ferris, Texas. Melada is a service-area business and works at customer properties across Ellis County and south Dallas.

What we collect

Through our estimate form and chat, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, company name if you give one, the type of project, and whatever project details you choose to write. If you tick the text message box, we also record that you gave consent and when.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive identifiers through this website.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, quote your project, schedule a site visit, and follow up about that work. Submissions are delivered to the owners and stored in the customer record system we use to run the business. We do not sell your information.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this site, such as which pages they visit, how far they scroll, and what they click. Microsoft Clarity also records visits as session replays and builds heatmaps from them, so we can see where the site is confusing or hard to use. These tools use cookies and similar technology to collect this usage data, and it is processed by Google and Microsoft. We use Clarity's default privacy masking, which hides sensitive content such as what you type into form fields.
