Prep is the job. Most commercial repaints fail at the prep, not the paint. We wash, scrape, and prime before a finish coat goes on, and we tell you up front if a surface needs repair before it needs paint — patching, trim replacement, or masonry work our own crews can do.
One contractor, two trades. If the building needs paint, the lot usually needs striping. We handle both, so you're scheduling one company instead of coordinating two.
