Prep is the job. Most commercial repaints fail at the prep, not the paint. We wash, scrape, and prime before a finish coat goes on, and we tell you up front if a surface needs repair before it needs paint, patching, trim replacement, or masonry work we can take on under the same contract.

- Yes, that's how most of our commercial repaints run. We work evenings, weekends, or in phases so your doors stay open, and we agree on the schedule in writing before the job starts.
- How do you quote a commercial paint job?
- We quote from a free site walk. You get a written scope, price, and timeline before any prep or paint happens, including anything we find that needs repair before it should be painted.
- Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
- Yes. Melada Construction is fully insured, and we provide a certificate of insurance on request, before the job starts, if your property requires it.
- Who is my point of contact during the job?
- The person who quotes your job is the person you call throughout it. Melada is a family-run company, and the crews on the job bring more than 40 years in the trades to the prep and the paint.
- Can you stripe the parking lot on the same contract?
- Yes. If the building needs paint, the lot usually needs striping, stalls, ADA layout, and fire lanes. We handle both trades, so you schedule one company instead of coordinating two.
