- Yes. Melada Construction is insured, and we provide a certificate of insurance on request, before the job starts, if your property requires it.

- Can you stripe the parking lot on the same contract?
- Yes. Commercial painting and parking lot striping can be included on one written scope. We also offer ADA stall markings and fire lane marking.
