When the masonry gives out
A commercial storefront had masonry failing at the pier with the rebar exposed. These are photographs of that job, in the order the work happened: what was found, how it was shored, and what went back in.

Brick had come off the pier and the rebar inside it was open to the weather. This is what the job looked like on arrival.

FreeWe come out and look at the actual space, not a photo of it. Show us the room, the wall, the lot, or the crack you keep watching. Walking it is the only way to see what sits behind the finish, and it costs nothing whether or not you hire us.

48 hoursWithin 48 hours you get the scope and the estimate in writing. Written matters: you can set it beside another bid and read the two side by side, and nobody has to remember what was agreed.
