What's usually behind the tile. On older DFW homes the bathroom is where water damage shows up first. We check the subfloor and the framing before we quote a finish, because tiling over a soft floor is how you pay for the same bathroom twice.
Our own crews. Demo, plumbing coordination, tile, and finish carpentry are all self-performed — nothing brokered out to a rotating cast of subs. You deal with the people doing the work.
Financing is available on residential projects, and the walk-through is free. We scope the work, give you a written price and timeline, and don't call it done until you've walked it with us.
